We consider it a privilege to work in partnership with the National Park Service and operate at such an iconic natural wonder. We are fully committed to preserving and protecting the park’s environment for both current and future generations to enjoy.

We strive to minimize our ecological footprint through our 4 pillars of sustainability:

Water Conservation
Use of low flow water fixtures.

Energy Reduction
Switching to LED lighting.

Waste Management
Recycling program: Plastic bottles (#1 & #2 only – No Jugs), Aluminum, Glass, Cardboard (Flattened, No wax coating), Paper (No magazines/glossy print).
Kitchen grease is recycled into biofuel.
Compost program: Food Scraps & Compostable EcoProducts Serviceware.

Sustainable Purchasing
We will not accept any styrofoam packaging material from our vendors.
Use of EcoProducts compostable to-go serviceware.
Use of Green Seal Certified Cleaning Products.
Recyclable aluminum water bottles are available as an alternative to plastic water bottles in all retail locations.
